Email Specifications
Technical Specs:

Use HTML software such as Dreamweaver, Microsoft Expression Web, or Notepad++ to create the HTML. Do not use MS Word, MS Publisher, or other graphics/desktop publishing software.

Avoid JavaScript, Submission Forms, Layers or Rich Media (i.e. Flash movies, animation).

Keep the width of the HTML message under 650 pixels to ensure the design is not cut off in preview panes and eliminate the need for scrolling horizontally to see the whole design.

Keep the message size under 90KB to optimize download time and deliverability.
-
Do not use excessive comments in the HTML code of your email as they can potentially flag spam filters.
Submission materials needed:

Subject line for the email.

Email message copy in HTML file.
-
Must include your physical address, opt-outs, and hosted images.

Suppression List - list of email addresses or domains the email should not be sent to.

Test Email Addresses - a couple of contact email addresses that we can send a test email to before the actual send date.

Note: Any reference to the conference must be listed as "ANCC National Magnet Conference® and the ANCC Pathway to Excellence Conference®" OR "MAGNET® and Pathway to Excellence® Conference".
